EDUCATION

Mr. Asif Fazily has earned his master’s degrees in Psychology (MSC), M.A English and MBA from reputed universities in South India. He has completed his bachelor of education (B.Ed) from the University of Calicut, and has earned TA certificate from there. Additionally, Mr. Fazily has finished NLP from Eranakulam Atmamitra, Hypnotism from Positive India, Trainers Training from Markaz Ihram and Positive India. He has also acquired FAZILY in theology with third rank after having pursued eight years of intensive course in theological jurisprudence combined with material education from Al-Ihasn group of institutions, Vengara, Malappuram. He has worked as a lecturer in Kondotty Cooperative College, Principal of Manshar English School, Mangalore, member of curriculum development team, New Bee Islamic Pre-school in Mangalore and as a curriculum developer of Noor Valley Pre-school. Mr. Fazily has marked a signature of his own in his method of teaching and mentoring as a means to enlighten and uplift his students in particular and society at large.

He has designed and developed special curriculum for Kindergarten, different Distance Education courses and pioneered Al Ihsan Distance Education Centre. He has remarkably conducted hundred plus training programmes in Communicative English, TA, Motivation, Exam Anxiety, Mind Power, Effective Teaching, and Psychology-related topics. Those sessions gained wide applause from the public as they were indeed need of the hour. He is currently working as the Vice Principal of Sa-adiya English School , chief coordinator of Al Ihsan Distance Education in Theology, Academic director of Athibyan Preschool,Thrikkarippur, Kasaragod, chief advisor of Majlis English School, Mangalore and as a the chief advisor of Nourath English School, Mangalore. Mr. Asif has been a keen observer of the positions he has so far undertaken, and has been flexible to incorporate necessary inputs time and again, once he receives feedbacks from his stakeholders. He believes in the policy of growing along with his clients in addition to teaching and mentoring them to newer heights of success.

Mr. Sharafudheen Pakyara has completed his master degrees in M.Com and MSc Psychology from reputed universities in India. Additionally, he has secured TTC in Urdu, NLP Basic and Montessori TTC. He has shown his expertise in the domain of Islamic psychology, family counselling, stress management and parenting. He is currently functioning as the Managing Director of Pioneer Academy Chattanchal, Kasaragod, Academic Coordinator of Hasaniya Orphanage Pallikare, Kasaragod, Coordinator of Roulathul Uloom Pre-school Poochakkad, Coordinator of Noorul Huda English Medium School, Kotikulam, Kasaragod, Academic Coordinator of Niswa Women's College, Mananthawady, Wayanad, SMF State Trainer, and Vice principal of Sa-adiya Arts and Science College.

The potential and expertise he acquired in the domain of teaching and learning by catering to the real needs of the public contribute to the pruning of individual genius of people along with providing numerous societal skills. The various academic positions he has so far undertaken are reflective of his managerial skill as an effective leader who can successfully lead organisations with flying colours.
